Next January 25 and 26, the city of Vic will host the 3rd edition of Trufforum, an international event conceived and promoted by the European Mycological Institute (EMI) that was born with the aim of promoting de responsible use of European truffles both in domestic and professional kitchens.
This event pretends to become and international meeting point for the truffle industry following an itinerant way in different cities in order to give maximum diffusion to the values and culture of the truffle.
