Next January 25, 26 and 27, the city of Vic will host the second edition of Trufforum, taking over from the city of Zaragoza where first edition of the event took place in February 2017.
Trufforum is organised by the European Mycological Institute (EMI) with the aim of promoting de responsible use of European truffles both in domestic and professional kitchens.
This event pretends to become and international meeting point for the truffle industry following an itinerant way in different cities in order to give maximum diffusion to the values and culture of the truffle.
